Q. With Hurricane Season almost here, where can I find the latest emergency/evacuation information, procedures, routes shelters etc., for Brunswick County. The latest I’ve been able to find is from 2008!
A. We think the best place for storm-preparedness information about Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties is StarNewsOnline.com/Hurricane.
The evacuation routes and guidelines can be found here.
Shelter information is listed here.
You’ll also find maps, interactive tracking tools and info-graphics, and much more.
