Walgreens project was held up by an interior design change by Walgreens. Walgreens decided to make the interior design of this store to be the latest prototype. It took about 4 months to get the updated drawings from the Engineer, and then priced out to the individual Contractors, and approval from the Inspections office before continuing the project. As Jim Ware stated it is scheduled to open early summer 2012.
