When will the new Pender County water system along U.S. 421 and N.C. 210 be ready?

The new water system set up from U.S. 421 to N.C. 210 was completed on time in July, according to the Pender County Public Works Utilities Department. Director Michael Mack says the 13 mile stretch of water line has now entered Phase 2: finalizing plans to get water from the plant and is slated to having water running through those lines by mid-October 2012.
