“…Wells Fargo has a lease with Wilmington Investors, LLC for the entire 90,000-square-foot building located at 6770 Parker Farm Road, including the surrounding parking. This lease runs through 2018. We have vacated the property and are actively trying to sublease it, in cooperation with the Landlord.
“The subleasing of the building is being represented by Steve Hall of Maus Warwick Mathews & Co.”
