The Good Shepherd Center, a Wilmington nonprofit that helps the homeless, does not charge for its meals, said Scott Clark, vice chairman of the organization’s Board of Directors.

Good Shepherd Center operates a soup kitchen, a day and night shelter for the homeless and distributes food to the needy.
