A “long bed of snapdragons” is planted in the median of U.S. 74/76 on the approaches to the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, N.C. Department of Transportation spokeswoman Tammy Stewart said.
Two beds of pansies are planted in the islands on U.S. 421, on the turn to Battleship Park, Stewart said.
