When is Time Warner going to run cable to the homes on West Wing Drive in Leland?

David Morrison

According to Andi Curtis of Time Warner Cable, the area of West Wing Drive, Leland, is not serviceable. A construction team was sent to the development to determine if it can be serviced. Their findings were that, “It fails to meet our financial model that we have established for new serve areas,” Curtis said.
