“Not right now, although that is being considered at a later date when budgets are not so tight,” city of Wilmington spokeswoman Malissa Talbert said.
Anyone with additional recycling materials can put them in a box, bag or container along with their full city recycling bin and it will be picked up, Talbert said.

I’m not sure the city has any bins to offer. My landlords requested one when they bought the house a couple of years ago, and the request was still pending when I moved in last winter. Someone gave me one a neighbor had abandoned, or I would still be improvising with my own containers. At least they do pick up even if it’s not in their bin!
