What will be built next to Staples in Monkey Junction?

Although there appears to be some activity on the land south of the Staples in the Village at Myrtle Grove, nothing definite is planned for that space now, said Bryan Greene, senior vice president at Cape Fear Commercial, which is the exclusive listing agent for the shopping center.

There are three “junior box” retail pads, which are users between 20,000 and 30,000 square feet, adjacent to Staples, Greene said. While the company is “aggressively marketing nationwide,” he said, all three remain available.
