Who do I call if I have a complaint about a taxi service?

Merton Vance

Taxis in Wilmington operate under permits issued by the city and are subject to city code regulations.

Passengers who have a complaint about taxi service can file a complaint with El Taruas Bluford, Wilmington’s taxicab inspector.

“They can fill out a complaint form and I’ll investigate,” Bluford said. “They can be charged with a city code violation.”

For more information, call Bluford at 343-3628.
