A Lutheran Health Care facility is being built at 631 Junction Creek Drive, between Clayton Horn Dairy Road and Wood Ridge Road, according to Mark Boyer, public information officer for New Hanover County.
Nearby, at 1150 The Kings Road, Coastal Christian High School and Sports Park is under construction, he said.
A new project that has not begun construction is Holy Cross Episcopal Church, at 5820 Myrtle Grove Road.
